    Dr. Dilip Kumar holds PhD in Quantitative Finance and has been involved in research related to quantitative data analytics and machine learning in finance. Before joining IIM Kashipur, he was a faculty member in the financial engineering department of IFMR Chennai.

    Pedagogy

    The primary method of instruction will be through LIVE lectures that will be delivered online via internet to participant desktops/laptops or classrooms. The lectures will be delivered by eminent faculty from IIM Kashipur and expert(s) from industry as applicable. The pedagogy will comprise interactive sessions and class exercises in order to help participants gain the knowledge and understanding to apply their learning to practical scenarios.     Assessment

The evaluations are designed ensure continuous student engagement with the course and encourage learning. Students who successfully clear the same along with the requisite attendance criteria will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from IIM Kashipur.     Late Fees

    ·         The program fee is payable in instalments as per the instalment schedule provided. In the event of late payment of Instalment 2 or Instalment 3, a Late Fee is leviable as follows.

    ·         A Late fee of Rs.1000 + Tax will be charged to the Participant, if the instalment is paid within 7 days from the due date published on the instalment schedule.

    ·         A Late fee of Rs.2500 + Tax will be charged to the Participant, if the instalment is paid between 8 days from the due date to within 14 days from due date as published on the instalment schedule.

    ·         If the Fee Instalment is not received within 14 days from the due date, then the Participant shall be considered a dropout and a Rejoining Fee of Rs.5000 + tax will be charged to the Participant if the Participant wishes to continue with and complete the program.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation by the Participant

    ·         Requests for refund of fees on account of cancellation of enrolment shall be considered only if such requests are received prior to closure of registration or 15 working days before date of course commencement whichever is earlier.

    ·         In event that such valid requests for refund of fees are received, the application money shall be refunded after deducting a penalty of Rs.5000 and applicable taxes for Indian participants & USD 125 for foreign participants.

    ·         In all other cases, no refund shall be made.

    ·         A participant may opt for rescheduling to a later batch of the same program / another program of the Institute & TE prior to commencement of the program. However, such intimation must be made by the participant at least fifteen days prior to the commencement of the program. The amounts paid by the participant shall be considered as advance payment towards the next batch / alternative program. Further, the participant shall have to pay an administrative charge of Rs.5000 plus applicable taxes (Indian participants) or USD 125 (foreign participants) for facilitating such rescheduling.

    The IC share would be on program fees component only.

     

    Example: If an IC enrolls a prospective student in MBA with lump sum fees of Rs. 48514/- where Rs.1000 is admission fees and Rs.3600 is Exam fees which goes directly to university & GST Rs. 4914 to Govt. then IC shall get 20 % on Rs.39000 that is Rs.7800 as honorarium

    IC Payout Plan SGVU

    For Online Delivery Programs (Suresh Gyan Vihar and University & Mewar University)

    We would be offering 35% share on student's applicable program fees for admission as honorarium, which is

    totally exclusive of support offered by 3DINDIAGROUP to the appointed associates, based on enrollments

    made by them. The program fees as mentioned per fees plan. The IC share would be on program fees

    component only.

     

    Example: If an IC enrolls a prospective student in MBA with lump sum fees of Rs. 62400/- including GST where GST Rs. 6536 then IC shall get 10 % on Rs.55864/-that is Rs.5586 as honorarium Similarly, if student is enrolled through installment plan for MBA with first fees installment paid of Rs.

    20400/- with GST. then on Program fees Rs.18263 IC honorarium would be Rs. 2793/-. (Excluding

    Taxes)

     

    Commercials for Premium

    Executive Education

     

    Courses offered by our Group partnered premier universities, institutes

    & colleges

     

    • The Information Center would be able to promote the executive programs offered by our premier academic alliances like IIT, IIM, XLRI, BITS etc.

     

    • Information Center would counsel and generate admissions for the said executive programs.

     

    • Program fee sharing on every successful admission would be offered on collection basis to the information center.

     

    • All such payments are payable on monthly basis on collection basis.

     

    • The said payouts are done within 45 days from receipt of Invoice from the Information Center.

     

    • The invoices for Executive Program to be raised in favor of 3D India Staffing Research & Consulting, Bangalore

     

    The share of Information Center in Executive Program would be 8-12% of Program Fees. ( On GSV)

    • The selected IC would pay the technical know how fees of Rs.100000/-(Rs.One lac Only ) to "3D India Staffing Research &Consulting", Bangalore.
