·         Qualifications : UG /Graduation

·         Experience : 6 Months to 2 Years

 

Job Summary:

 

·         Fitness trainers and instructors are responsible for Identifying the training needs and provide the training to the members and responsible for instruct and motivate individuals/ groups in exercise activities.

 

·         To identify Training needs of Members and

·         Be Responsible for providing a safe and effective exercise environment.

·         To Evaluate Member Fitness Needs.

·         Convert members into Personal training.

·         Responsible for the Targets provided by the Management

·         Instruct patrons on effective workout methods by explaining proper techniques and demonstrating appropriate methods of exercises.

·         Customer satisfaction to be maintained at high level
