We do all this with our team of over 9,000 worldwide. Overview – Dyson India Dyson is establishing operations in India, headquartered in Gurgaon, to launch our India presence. To begin with, there will be a small leadership team setting up the business will full support from the Regional Hub and Group. This team will develop the plans to grown the organisation and build the business. This is an exciting opportunity to create the Dyson India business. Overview – Function Our Customer Service team epitomizes Dyson's problem-solving ethos. There's no query our Ask Dyson teams can't answer. And there's no fault our Dyson Experts can't fix. Driven to turn owners into passionate advocates of the brand, our team makes each experience rewarding. It requires in-depth knowledge and genuine passion for Dyson technology. So we never miss an opportunity to talk about Dyson's latest machines – and frequently sell products as well as solve problems. Main Responsibilities Working as part of our friendly, professional team, you'll not only be helping callers but exceeding their expectations and creating customers for life. It's a fun, diverse and dynamic role that might see you ordering parts or booking engineers.

Prior Front facing Call Centre/In house contact centre experience Adept in customer interaction and exception handling Should have proper diction and command on English language Preferred - Candidates who have handled customer queries and complaints for products
