Job Description

·         Candidate from Insurance Industry will be preferred with 1-3 years of experience

·         Local area knowledge of Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad will be added advantage

·         Conducting sales calls & closing the leads.

·         Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer & answering their questions

·         Achieving real estate/property sales targets through acquisition of new clients 

·         Developing a database of qualified leads

·         Area Mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals with necessary documentations

·         Building and managing strong relationships with customers

·         Source Institutional 'Mandates' from Real Estate Developers

·         Mandates' would include being Strategic Consultant to the Developer and facilitate sales of housing projects

·         Execution of the 'Mandates' and facilitate sales of the real estate project through Channel Partners

·         Activation and addition of Channel Partners

Skills & Requirement:

·         Should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the insurance, retail, b2b, b2c sales, real estate industry

·         Should have the experience of activating and managing large number of real estate channel partners

·         Should have excellent interpersonal skills as the role requires coordination between various inter-departments

·         Should have excellent vocabulary & presentation skills

·         Candidates who have worked with reputed builders in the past, would be preferred
