    1.Managing and growing the existing channel

    2. Recruitement of Sales Officers (Off-rolls and On-Rolls as per the manpower budget)

    3. Ensure desired productivity per Sales officer is achieved

    4. Regularly monitor and control cover notes

    5. Responsible for achieving the top line and bottom line targets thru channel

    6. Provide end to end solutions to customers thereby ensuring that service level commitments are
    met

    7. Cordination with the various deparments for the approvals and smooth issuance of the
    Proposal

    8. Nil Discripancy

    9. Conducting Periodic training sessions for team members

    10. Ensuring renewal targets are achieved
