• Experience in managing a large portfolio of Customers & Assets
• Experience in the acquisition of new customers base
• Deep experience in selling to customers on a variety of wealth products
• An ability to think "customer first"
• Responsible for meeting sales targets
• A hunger to personally succeed in a bigger way than possible in a regular job
Look for profiles with:
· Experience in Wealth management & HNI Relationship management directly handling a large
book size
· Look for profiles from leading Wealth management or HNI Portfolio management firms (you
can also look at candidates from Securities background)
· Should have a passion for managing relationships and hunger to make it BIG
· Comfortable with Technology
