You need to enquire about a jewellery for yourself so that the salesperson can assist you with offers, promotions and new collections. C

• Please inform the sales staff about the occasion, you are looking jewellery for.
• Ask for the gold rates of today?
• When the sales staff show the jewellery ask for the making charges.
• What is the % percentage of making charges? What is the lowest?
• Also things like do you have kid's jewellery or do you customise?
• Ask about the new collection at the store.
• Ask about discounts for the month.
• Were you asked for a feedback form?
• Ask about Exchange, Old Gold Exchange and Buy back policies.
• Loyalty points and Jewellery insurance.
Step 1
Please call the showroom before the visit. In case you visit them without calling, and if the showroom is closed, your efforts will not be paid. Hence, it is always suggested to call them and then visit the showroom.
HOW TO PERFORM THE EVALUATION:
As a mystery evaluator, you carry a huge responsibility of helping a brand improve its customer experience. In order to do this accurately, you need to follow the below mentioned steps:-
You have to GO AS A COUPLE FOR THIS EVALUATION, hence ensure you take someone along with you while conducting an evaluation. In case, YOU GO ALONE, WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR SHOP and YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR YOUR EFFORTS.
Approach this evaluation as a regular shopping activity, in order to avoid being identified by the store staff. A successful mystery evaluator is one who is able to observe WITHOUT BEING OBSERVED.
Any aspect of your behaviour that does not seem like a regular shopper, would lead you to be identified by the staff and this would defeat the entire purpose of this exercise.
Submit your report within 12 hours of your evaluation to avoid exclusion of your report.
Step 2
EVALUATION OBJECTIVE: Customer Service / Product Knowledge Store Ambience / Display Product Availability and Promotions
SECTION YOU NEED TO EVALUATE: You can evaluate any section (GOLD/ DIAMOND). You need to enquire about a jewellery for yourself so that the salesperson can assist you with offers, promotions and new collections.
OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY: Store presentation in terms of exterior, interior upkeep as well as visual merchandising and branding. Observe the window branding – It should not have anything blocking in front of the window VM/ Display. Observe the easels near the door or inside the store.
Step 2
Staff Appearance / Welcome & Customer Approach
Observe if the Store Manager is available in the store and observe his activities (Whether he/she is interacting with the staff or with customers).
The sales advisor may spontaneously ask about your needs at any point during your enquiry. You should listen carefully for attempts by the staff to establish your needs and answer accordingly.
Reliance has a jewellery Purchase scheme called the GSS (Golden Steps Scheme) & Swarna Vridhi Jewellery Purchase Scheme. If this scheme has not been introduced to you at any point during your evaluation, you need to ask the sales advisor, if they have any scheme for jewellery Purchase. Please DO NOT mention the name of the schemes
Raise an objection related to price of the product, you may say that a similar jewellery item is available at a lesser rate in the local jeweller's shop.
Select a jewellery and confirm to the staff that you liked it and you would want to purchase it – Check if the staff explains to you about the loyalty points or any other promotions.
Reasons for Rejection of the Research Report:
Your report will not be accepted and you will not get paid for the evaluation if:
If you are identified as a mystery evaluator by the store staff
• If any aspect of your report is fabricated, this will lead to your disqualification for doing any further audits with 3D India Group!
• If you evaluate an incorrect store or incorrect brand.
• If you do not capture the name of the Salesperson and physical description.
• If you do not upload a selfie with your partner.
• If your report has insufficient comments and you are unavailable for clarifications.
• If your report is not submitted within 24 hours.
• If you do not submit the Proof of visits as mentioned.
• If the evaluation is conducted at timings other than what is mentioned in this guideline
