Position Title: Senior Consultant – Benchmarking Practice
Location: Dehli, India
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on IT pricing (services, hardware, software) and BPO Pricing, and various
parameters that influence the pricing
• Conduct various market price intelligence activities, as part of client projects as well as internal
practice development
• Lead client interactions, explaining them benchmarking proposition and drive the projects to meet
and exceed client expectations
• Review contract documents (Statement of Work, Purchase Orders etc.) to extract data for
benchmarking data database
• Understand and capture pricing models for procuring IT Services, Software and Hardware
• Maintain and improve in-house benchmarking database
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's / Master's with 5-7 years of experience in research, strategy or consulting domains (in
the technology space)
• Experience in pricing large and complex ITO / BPO deals and contracts
• Ability to assimilate the knowledge resources in global sourcing and technology trends, specifically
the applicable cost/price models
• Significant exposure and interest in IT services, emerging technologies, with an inherent curiosity to
analyze how they will impact the world
• Strong business acumen to support business development and go-to-market strategy at practice
level
• Strong sense of ownership and adherence to quality and timelines
• Exceptional quantitative and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal (English)
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones/ geographie
