Job Title: Manager – Career Preparation (Technical) Roles & Responsibilities: 1.) Assessing placement readiness of assigned batches on a regular basis. 2.) Debriefing students after interviews 3.) Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities like mock interviews, career 4.) Mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, aptitude training etc. 5.) Mapping students to mentors for career guidance 6.) Taking mock interviews and keeping track of student progress 7.) Maintaining real-time records of placement readiness of students, objectively rating their skill and preparation levels in every facet 8.) Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing 9.) Expectations and closing communication loops
Must have skills: 1.) Understanding of the hiring process for analytics roles 2.) Good grasp of the topics tested in aptitude tests (Numerical Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability) 3.) Good command over English language both written and oral 4.)
