How to Source resumes form our Provided Naukri Job Portal.
First Logout from all the Logged in Naukri Pages from your computer. Then Click on https://login.recruit.naukri.com/Login/smLogin?msg=&URL=https%3A%2F%2Frms.naukri.com%2Fprofile%2Fcandidate%2FdoSearch
Enter User Email: 3dindia@bitrix24.com and Password: Qwerty@146
Once logged in, you will see Lakhs of Data Base/Resumes
Now, Click on Advanced Search ---Ã Enter Key words (as per JD) ---Ã Select Experience Range, Salary Range, City, and Education--Ã Click Find Resumes
Next, evaluate resumes according to the Job Description or Requirement, talk to the candidate-take pre screening interview, submit resumes online or direct send your manager and fill the job seeker application form.
Once resume and application form received FEEDBACK will be shared within 24hrs
Note: Recruiter: Please coordinate with your manager for urgent /high priority requirements source profiles accordingly.
Recruiter must have to report their reporting manager or must have to submit the report every day.
