• .How to start the recruitment work? (I'm done with my documentation & training/role briefing)

    Q. What Next: I'm a new Employee –HR Recruiter, had submitted the HR Application Form, Govt. Id LinkedIn Profile; also my training/ job briefing done by account manager (n behalf of 3D India Group); but still I am confused, like how to start the recruitment work?

     

    To start the HR Recruitment Work..Please follow the following simple four (4) steps.

    Those whoever has attended the training/ taken job overview, has understand the roles and responsibilities, general terms and ready  follow to start their recruitment work please follow the steps as-

     

    Step1. Open Link https://3dindiagroup.blogspot.com/ - Click on 1st Blog Link i.e. Career Blogger-Select Vacancy- Read, understand the requirement, shortlist the keywords (you may contact your manager) and start sourcing resumes from sources such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed.

     

    Step 2. Once relevant resume received, take screening interview if satisfied submit online (using Apply Now' tab, available in bottom of the JD) or forward to your account manager.

     

    Step3. Next, fill the Job Application Form on Behalf of the Candidate using link https://docs.google.com/forms/u/1/d/e/1FAIpQLSdluaTzK1HMfhYaAWlbtCqXUUrCBsl1DN0KK1W1xdiVTCPI9A/viewform  (or u may send this Link to the candidate, but MUST request from the candidate he/she must enter your name at the place of Reference /Recruiter/Source).

     

    Step4. Once Job Application Form and resume submitted please call / acknowledge to your account manager to expedite the process of recruitment and selection.
