Sourcing Guidelines (for Sourcing Partner reference only):
o Experience Levels to be maintained – 15 to 19 yrs only
o Technical Skills – Look for candidates from Product Support, Application Support, Application Maintenance, Application Monitoring, Global NOC centres, Command Centres. Key Skills – Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, JBoss.
o Candidates from Networking, Service Desk, Internal IT teams, Core Data Centres will NOT fit.
o Experience in handling Large Volume of customers (External clients & not Internal) & Managed Services Model is Key to this role.
o Management experience - Should be managing Managers currently and looking at moving into a Director role in the next 4 to 5 yrs. Should have a minimum of 5 to 6 yrs experience as a manager. Should be capable of managing a Team Size of 50 to 75 people.
o Reporting Structure – The incumbent will be reporting to the Director. Managers & Associate Managers will be reporting in to this role.
o Target Companies – Genpact, CSC, DXC, IBM, HCL, TCS, Tech Mahindra. Telecom companies such as Bharti Airtel etc. will not be a good fit for this role. Candidates currently at an AGM DGM/Sr.Support Manager Level, will fit into the Sr. Manager cadre.
o Interview Process – The candidate will go through 3 Rounds of Discussion for this role
o Source Location - Candidates can be sourced from Across India for this role, but should be keen on relocating to Noida.
