    Roles And Responsibilities :

    Be in charge of ensuring each and every client gets the best experience.

     Should be a target-oriented hustler. P&L owner for all interior projects in the city.

    Understand each client's requirements and keeping a tab on their experience throughout.

    As a key member of the founding team in the city, understanding insights from the client meetings and suggest process improvements.

    Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables is effectively communicated and met.

     

    Requirements :

    Clear first principle thinking.

    Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to bring in a structure wherever missing.

    Minimum 4 years of experience into Architectural consulting/ Interior Designing/Interior sales.

    Startup experience is preferred.
