Job Description :

Responsibilities include:-

Identifying and assessing a client's critical needs.
Being a point of contact to the our client's and resolving any issues that they have.
Responding to client communications or queries.
To Visit the Plants / Sites / Corporate Offices And discuss the Pain points regarding Service.
Send the Analytical Data realizing the actual benefits & ROI to end user.
Relationship Management, Pitches, Presentations, Project Proposals and Deal Closure.
Identify new clients, build and maintain business relationships with potential clients.
Monthly collections & outstanding Follow-ups .
SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the client, Rapport building with the client
Expansion of Business New orders from existing Accounts as per Monthly Defined targets .
