    Role and Responsibility of Students Counsellor cum Enrollment Managers or Information Center (IC)

     

    • IC/ Enrollment Managers would be responsible for promoting the programs offered by 3D India EduTech.

    • Counseling prospective students and generating enrollments.

    • Post enrollments, all the operations and delivery of the program would be the responsibility of 3D India EduTech.

    • Effective marketing and promotions of courses within the territory assigned

    • Achieve the business targets as mutually decided; in terms of admissions generated

    • Maintain a proper sales team with necessary infrastructure for business

    • Target Market – Working Professionals / Fresher's who seek higher education for career advancements

     

    • To generate enquiries for the admission

    • To do effective counseling call, email or by personal visit

    • To help students during entire admission process

    • To generate more and more references/database

    • Corporate / Institutional Marketing Activity- Organize and conduct seminar in companies

    • Provide online training for product and counseling to all counselors of the information center.

     

    • Provide access to HUB -1 (ERP) with lead management system with enrollment module enabling the center to manage the daily follow ups with their enquiries, admissions and students related MIS.

     

    • All the post admission activities like study material for university programs, delivery of free 3D India Group Online Certificate Course (Only to students enrolled for JNU Programs) on the learning management system, dedicated student help desk would be the responsibility of 3DINDIAGROUP.

     

    • Single Point of Contact: Support Manager will extend necessary support to IC for resolving the queries related to admission process, if any on day to day basis.

     

    • Marketing Plan- Our support managers can assist IC to create their own marketing plan that suits particularly to their region by considering available resources and their core competencies.

     

    • Corporate Marketing Support: IC can organize seminars with any company / group of prospective students as ongoing process. In case of any specific corporate tie up proposal initiation, our Support.

     

    • Managers can assist the IC for the same.

    E.g. For Offline Delivery Programs Jaipur National University (JNU)

     

    • We would be offering 20% share on student‟s applicable program fees for admission as honorarium, which is totally exclusive of support offered by 3D INDIA GROUP to the appointed associates, based on enrollments made by them. The program fees as mentioned per fees plan.

     

    The IC share would be on program fees component only.

     

    Example: If an IC enrolls a prospective student in MBA with lump sum fees of Rs. 48514/- where Rs.1000 is admission fees and Rs.3600 is Exam fees which goes directly to university & GST Rs. 4914 to Govt. then IC shall get 20 % on Rs.39000 that is Rs.7800 as honorarium

     

    • Similarly, if student is enrolled through installment plan for MBA with first fees installment paid of Rs. 24257/- where Admission fees is Rs.500 and Exam fees is Rs.1800 which goes to University directly & GST 2457 to Gvt. then on Program fees Rs.19500 the IC honorarium would be Rs. 3900/-. (Excluding Taxes)

     

    IC Payout Plan SGVU

    For Online Delivery Programs (Suresh Gyan Vihar and University & Mewar University)

    We would be offering 35% share on student's applicable program fees for admission as honorarium, which is

    totally exclusive of support offered by 3DINDIAGROUP to the appointed associates, based on enrollments

    made by them. The program fees as mentioned per fees plan. The IC share would be on program fees

    component only.

     

    Example: If an IC enrolls a prospective student in MBA with lump sum fees of Rs. 62400/- including GST where GST Rs. 6536 then IC shall get 10 % on Rs.55864/-that is Rs.5586 as honorarium Similarly, if student is enrolled through installment plan for MBA with first fees installment paid of Rs.

    20400/- with GST. then on Program fees Rs.18263 IC honorarium would be Rs. 2793/-. (Excluding

    Taxes)

     

    Commercials for Premium

    • The Information Center would be able to promote the executive programs offered by our premier academic alliances like IIT, IIM, XLRI, BITS etc.

     

    • Information Center would counsel and generate admissions for the said executive programs.

     

    • Program fee sharing on every successful admission would be offered on collection basis to the information center.

     

    • All such payments are payable on monthly basis on collection basis.

     

    • The said payouts are done within 45 days from receipt of Invoice from the Information Center.

     

    • The invoices for Executive Program to be raised in favor of 3D India Staffing Research & Consulting, Bangalore

     

    The share of Information Center in Executive Program would be 8-12% of Program Fees. ( On GSV)

    • Proprietary Company / Partnership Companies / Institutions committing a minimum of 10 admission/month, should portray their interest to join us as our Information Center.

     

    • Shortlisted companies would be invited for business meeting.

     

    • Business meeting can be done via teleconference/ video conference at mutually convenient time
