Role description:
1. Digital marketing for Catalyst
a. Manage various social media channels for Catalyst- Linkedin, FB, Youtube, Twitter
b. Ensure engagement, lead generation and brand building through digital marketing activities
c. Newsletter and email marketing campaign management
d. Website updation and maintenance to ensure SEO friendliness
2. Developing Proprietory content for Catalyst
a. Develop original training and assessment modules based on client needs
b. Develop other training related material including training calendars, proposals etc as and when required
c. Creating participant and facilitator manuals
d. Conducting TRAIN THE TRAINER for trainers on call/ in person
e. Conducting calls with clients to understand their needs and customize training content
f. Update training content repository once a month using google drive
g. Build experiential learning formats such as board games, card games etc
h. Provide suggestions on product or operational innovation Compensation
Fixed compensation of Rs 60,000 p.m.(7.2LPA)
Telephone and travel expenses reimbursed on actual
Incentive of upto 15000 per month
Gross Monthly CTC: 75KPM
