    Additional Doc/Msg Expertise in Complete Accounting function, Budgeting, Finance, Taxation, MIS; SAP Experience will be preferred.

    Key responsibilities


    · Over all Controller of accounts with responsibilities to timely completion of tasks in Finance Departments.
    · Responsible for preparing Monthly Company Financials I.e. P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow,
    MIS, Board Presentations, etc.

    · Preparing of budget, business plan, monitoring and analysis of budgetary Variance
    · Responsible for various management analysis and control of accounting system.

    · Capex and Opex control through budgeting.
    · Overall reporting on receivables and fund management.
    · Purchase accounting and reconciliations.

    · Funds management.
    · Compliance with organizational policies & Corporate Governance.

    · Ensuring all Statutory Compliances are met as per deadlines.
    · Responsible for preparation for financial information for prospective Strategic Investors, Venture
    Capital Investors

    · Coordination with Internal Auditors & submitting Internal Audit report with management comment.
    · Actively involved in preparation of Financial Statements, Coordinating with Statutory Auditor, and
    finalization of yearly financial statement.
    · Periodic filing of GST Returns, Reconciliations

    · Yearly e-filing of Income Tax company return, preparing and getting scrutiny cases assessed with
    the I.T. Department.

    · Reviewing, analyzing receivables cost of funds, cost control and reduction measures.
    · Management accounting/costing/insurance handling the overall accounting functions up to the
    finalization of balance sheet.

    · Team Management to ensure the alignment of all the team members towards common
    Organizational goals/objectives

    · Strategizing talent management is also a very important function of this individual.
    Having a robust process for identifying, grooming and promoting talent in the department for constant improvisation of Quality and Efficiency standards forms a key part of his deliverables

    · Leading, training and monitoring the performances of the team members to ensure
    efficiency in sales, operations and meeting of individual and group targets.

    · Defining KRAs for the Departmental Teams
