JOB DESCRIPTION Job Role: Training Content Creator Reporting to: Content Head Location: NOIDA Role description: 1. Building Experiential Training Modules a. Build experiential learning formats such as board games, card games etc b. Studying market trends internationally and suggest and create innovative game based learning modules c. Provide suggestions on product or operational innovation 2. Developing Proprietory training content for Catalyst a. Develop original training and assessment modules based on client needs b. Develop other training related material including training calendars, proposals etc as and when required c. Creating participant and facilitator manuals d. Conducting TRAIN THE TRAINER for trainers on call/ in person e. Building assessment tools such as quizzes, case studies, role plays etc f. Conducting calls with clients to understand their needs and customise training content g. Update training content repository once a month using google drive

Qualifications and competencies  BA/ MBA from reputed institute·  Candidates with Certificate in Instructional Design would be preferred·  Excellent written communication skills·  Excellent hold on Microsoft office esp Microsoft excel, powerpoint and· word  Quick learners and candidates who have creative thinking approach·  Ability to interact with confidence with clients and trainers·  Ability to work in unstructured enviromnment·

Team worker· Compensation Fixed compensation of Rs 40000 p.m. plus incentives
