1. JOB PURPOSE
● Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch
operation.
● The expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and
enable sales targets achievement.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Tie-ups with all Key Multicity players / Key IFAs for their branch /Jurisdiction
2. Achievement of set Targets in terms of Sales number and Branch Profitability
3. Review of Sales Target /Profitability on the basis of Market share amount, Gross & Net Mobilization , Folios in
all the asset class
4. Ensuring that the hygiene factor of the branches / Team members in terms of adherence to the time lines /
Limit of expense details / weekly MIS etc.
5. Ensuring the proper display of NAV / Circulars / Visibility tools in the branches
6. Ensuring compliance with the regulations
Financial Dimensions
NISM VA- Distributor Module Certified
1. Ensure Branch profitability in specified time frame
2. Ensure RM wise profitability in specified time frame
Other Dimensions
(Indication of some of the significant volumes associated with the job like number in team/ staff handled etc.).
1. Achievement of X % Distributor wise Market share for various categories of IFAs ( A+ / A / B /C )
2. Achievement of Y % Market Share in terms of Gross Sales / AUM in various asset classes.
3. 100 % activation of A+ / A Category of IFAs
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications and Experience
▪ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management / MBA
▪ Minimum 4-5 yrs of total experience in Mutual Funds sales
