1. JOB PURPOSE: Analytics to solve various problems across customer life-cycle – acquisition/targeting
programs, product & pricing strategies, segmentation, cross-sell programs, portfolio management, retention
strategies, etc.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Provide strong analytics through leadership to solve various problems across customer life-cycle –
acquisition/targeting programs, product & pricing strategies, segmentation, cross-sell programs, portfolio
management, retention strategies, etc.
• Provide regular business performance monitoring and data driven insights to senior management and
product teams.
• Work with multiple product teams/stakeholders, understand key business objectives
• Deliver other adhoc analyses as needed.
3. DIMENSIONS:
Financial Dimensions
The role will help in cost saving or revenue generation opportunities through analytics covering all BU's and
functions. Also help in Lead generation, disbursement, business book analytics for all products and identification
of potential opportunities and risks.
4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Educational Qualifications and Experience
• Master's degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines.
• 4 - 5 years of analytics experience preferably from Consumer Banking, Financial services
• Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Basic SAS/SQL mandatory
