• External HR Intern/Recruiter: Registration Form Roles, Responsibilities, Payment and General Instructions

    We are hiring external HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Professionals across India. Selected intern's/Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities include:
     
     
    1. Working on recruitment (IT & non-IT) and talent search
    2. Working on talent acquisition
    3. Working on cold-calling and emailing
    4. Working on interview scheduling, follow-ups and incorporating feedback
     
    Qualification: Any Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA-HR would be preferred 
     
     
    Recruiter Payout: Fixed Stipend as Promise Made + Incentive up to 40, 000 PM + Bonus
     
    Payment Process: We release the payment within 7 days after receiving the payment from client and between 15 to 17th of the each month
     
    Level of hiring: IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI, Oil & Gas and other Non IT; from Jr  to Top Level
