We are hiring external HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Professionals across India. Selected interns/Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on recruitment (IT & non-IT) and talent search
2. Working on talent acquisition
3. Working on cold-calling and emailing
4. Working on interview scheduling, follow-ups and incorporating feedback
Qualification: Any Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA-HR would be preferred
Payment Structure For
•External Full Time Recruiter: Rs10, 000 + Incentive up to 40, 000 PM + Bonus (Min 1 Selection/20 Interview Call Letter on behalf of the respective recruiter)
•External Recruitment /Freelance Consultant 10-50% of Billing Amount will be mentioned in each JD
•HR Intern: Stipend as Per Promise Made + Bonus (Min 1 Selection/15 Interview Call Letter on behalf of the respective recruiter)
Payment Process: We release the payment within 7 days after receiving the payment from client and between 15 to 17th of the each month
Level of hiring: IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI, Oil & Gas and other Non IT; from Jr to Top Level
