Ref: General terms for Sub-vendors for HR Services on Equal profit sharing ratio.

As per your received email/telecom please find the offer Proposal along with general terms below. Please send us the confirmation to take this ahead.

 

 

 

1.       For sub-vendors, we will make payment 50% of the amount received from the client. Price /Fee of Job varies from Client to client it start from 5% to 25%. Sometimes client make flat payment (no percentage) hence billing will be on the basis of 50% of the flat amount

 

 

2.       We will release the payment within 7 working days once received from the client. JD FEE/PRICE will be mentioned in bottom of the JD...if not mentioned always one copy of invoice will be shared with sub-vendor.

 

 

3.       Normally replacement clause varies from 30 days to 105 days, again depends upon client to client.

 

4.       We issue the invoice to the clients within 15 days of joining the candidate but we accept the payment after replacement clause hence NO replacement clause in our business specially in overseas client/international clients

 

5.       Sub-vendor/ 3D India Group may cancel the agreement with notice of 30 days or as per mutual understanding/discussion

 

6.       We sign the agreement after at least 30 days of commencement of the work or at least after 1 selection/joining

 

7.       We don't share individual JDs over email; all the notification through our official WhatsApp No 96202-49496 to the representative of the sub-vendor hence to know the available vacancies browse: https://bit.ly/30B7Jsa  

 

8.       We don't accept CVs and Tracker over email…Just select appropriate JD, go to the bottom of the JD and  upload CV using Tab "APPLY NOW" online then  submit Job Seeker Application form using link https://bit.ly/2JWZGRU     (to be filled by sub-vendor-representative only)

 

9.       We don't share individual feedback over email – all the feedback will be available online which is updated by the respective recruiter. For Feedback Follow: https://bit.ly/2xdFWBk  

 

10.   3D India Group and its employees never ask for cash/kind in favor the job from the job seeker hence same is expected from our sub-vendors as well.

 

11.   JD posting on social media or career site is not allowed. Also don't copy the exact JD from the portal and paste in any job portal /social media.

 

12.   For security purposes we have remove the client name from the JD hence if want to start work on any JD – share the job code with us over WhatsApp then only we will share the Client name.

 

13.   We don't poach the employees of our any client /sub-vendors hence the same is expected from you as well.

 

14.   Normally feedback report is directly updated by the respective clients hence it may take some time to declare the result/feedback of submitted profiles

 

15.   Profiles submitted by the Sub-vendors will be valid for 6 months only.

 

16.   All submitted profiles will be times stamped hence if the same profile is submitted by the two different vendors –will be considered on the basis of profile submitted first.

 

17.   Bonus amount and incentive offered for high priority positions will be applicable for individual recruiters only.

 

18.   Normally Feedback sheet is updated every evening by the respective client/company HR. TAT for feedback is 72 hrs.

 

19.   All payments will be made through Cheque / Direct Bank Transfer between 15 to 17^th of every month

 

20.   Shared job portal services are to be utilized for recruitment purpose only and in case it is used for non-recruitment purpose or third party hiring; the account will be deactivated without any payment. If any recruiter has taken job portal login credentials, then the respective recruiter must have to submit min 8-10 resumes per-day. Full time external recruiter must have to deliver min 20 interview call letter, on behalf of him/her, or at least one professional selection of CTC greater than 6LPA.

 

21.   This service is neither re-saleable nor transferable/sharable by the subscriber/sub-vendor/external recruiter to any other person, corporate body, and firm or individual. if any violation on this term will lead in to account deactivation without any payment

 

22.   The above mentioned proposal is valid for a period of 1 year which could be extended as per mutual understanding.

 

 

 

23.   All the legal matters will be under the jurisdiction of Govt. of Karnataka-Bangalore

 

 

24.   If you have accepted the above terms start working on high priority JDs shared with you or select the JDs available on top of the career page.

 

 

 

How to SUBMIT CVs and JOB SEEKER APPLICATION FORM:

 

 

Step 1: Open appropriate JD link (if provided) or browse JD from our career site using link http://bit.ly/2V3GweJ ; read understand the JD requirements and share the same to candidate, collect updated CV and upload on respective JD (using APPLY NOW tab)

 

 

Step 2: (Mandatory) Fill the Job Seeker Application Form using Link http://bit.ly/2WJ4S1X   ((To be filled by Recruiter/Job Seeker only). Once CV and Job Application Form submitted drop WhatsApp message to 96202-49496 to expedite the process

Once you submit the Job Application Form and CV it will be displayed in Feedback Spreadsheet; also, you no need to submit Tracker or Excel or Any CV over email.

 

Note: We don't share the Individual JDs to the Recruiter over email.  All the communication will happen through our official WhatsApp hence must join our Official WhatsApp Group 96202-49496.
