1. Kindly go through the guidelines and the Questionnaire before you perform with the audit.
2. This is a Non-Purchase audit.

4. Visit the store between : 12 noon to 7 pm only
5. Any day of the week
6. Please make sure that you collect the following proofs once you are done with the audit:
a) Exterior picture b) Audio recording
d) Name & physical description of the RSO who assisted you
7. Kindly observe both exterior and interior cleanliness of the showroom. 8. Highlight any negative aspects that you have observed
9. Check grooming standards of the associate who assisted you.
10. Check whether the associate is able to handle all the queries well.
11. Observe whether they have displayed jewellery in an attractive way and also the display cabinets are scratch and smudge free.
Please note: In case any of the audit requirements as mentioned in the Guidelines or Questionnaire is not followed, your report will be Excluded.
Kindly submit the report within 12-24 hours of the audit and also be available over the phone for the next 5 days post audit.
