ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Step-1: We will share job vacancy details of different
companies, you have to read, understand the type of job/ manpower requirement,
and then find keywords/skills required for the specific JD
Step-2: According to the job requirement or on the basis of
skillsets, you have find the right talents from online job portal/ database/job
postings on LinkedIn etc.
Once right CV found, call and take
pre-screening interview of the job seekers/candidates and check their
eligibility/suitability in accordance with the parameter given by the company's
job description (JD)
Step-3: Email the job description to the job seeker, collect
CV, fill the online Job Seeker Application Form using link https://goo.gl/forms/dJqYBsuhzQrG7o1D3
then upload the CV online (by selecting appropriate job vacancy from
Career Page) or in case career page not working forward the CVs to hr@3dindiagroup.com.
Once Online Application Form and CV of your shared candidate received
then again our backend team recheck the eligibility criterion if profile suits
will be processed for Telephonic Discussion with concerned HR same time you will
be acknowledged accordingly.
Step4: Pre-Interview (On the day of Interview) Follow-up: Before sending the
candidate for an interview, you need to follow your candidate e.g what time
he/she is going to attend the interview and check their willingness for
interview?
Step-5: Post-Interview Follow-up: after interviews,
you need to take feedback from candidates about the interview process.
Step- 6: Once the candidate’s interview over, acknowledge to your
reporting/account manager for actual feedback (from client).
Step 7: Once candidate selected/shortlisted- follow-up for joining/documentation
and coordinate with the client/account manager
REQUIREMENTS:
1. This is home-based full time
/part-time work and not a freelance assignment of weekend or 2-3 hrs of work.
Hence applicant must be ready to take the call/ready to work on the assignment
as and when required.
3. Selected candidates have to devote at least 4(Part-time)-8 hours(full-time)
from their home on recruitment work and should be ready to make call/take
interview of the prospective job seekers as per HR/management requirements
4. People, who do not have any
experience in a similar field can also apply as online training will be
provided.
5. Candidate must have
internet-enabled Computer and Smartphone to start the work.
6. Recruiter must have to
report/acknowledge everyday activity through email/call/WhatsApp and Freelance Recruiter
must have to communicate with their account manager every 48 hrs of interval
regarding their activity/progress on recruitment.
7. If any recruiter does not communicate with their account manager, without
notification in writing, for consecutively three (3) working days; that
recruiter/consultant will be removed from the board, as the case of
in-activity or we will consider as consultant/recruiter not interested, and all
services will be withdrawn and in case of any pending payment – will be
released only after 100 days.

All the recruiter whoever will be
working consistently in a disciplined manner and have sourced 10 CVs per
day and least 15 candidates got selected for Interview will be eligible for Rs
1000 as mobile & internet expense.
SALARY and Salary Date
for HR Consultant/Talent Acquisition Consultant interested to work on Fixed
Percentage Module: Such consultant will be getting a Fixed Percentage as mutually discussed/understanding.
Payment will be released only after successful joining /background check of the
candidate which varies from 15 days to 90 days and payment will be released
within 7 working days to the bank account of the consultant.

Offered: 4.8 LPA + Incentive & Bonus, only after 6 months of satisfactory

Every month whoever will achieve their

Note: 3D India Group, never ask for Cash or kind in favor of job/placement from
the job seeker/candidates. Hence the same is expected from our Recruiter/ consultant
as well. If any recruiter found taking bribe either cash or kind, direct or
indirect, will be blacklisted and will be terminated from services without any
prior notice.
