    Specific requirement  for Chennai delivery Mumbai delivery Bangalore executive hiring and BPO experience

    Candidate should be from Tier 1 organisations for Chennai and Mumbai assistant manager experience required 8 to 11 years for Bangalore assistant manager and manager oer experience required 8 to 15 years

    Roles and responsibilities

    The recruiter associate manager is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the recruiting plan the recruiter associate manager ministers the recruiting process for a medium sized or long large recruiting demand plan the recruiter associate manager supervise 3-4 team leads and managers a team of about 15 to 20 recruiters

    Knowledge and skills required

    Strong understanding of the company's business objective and organisational structure number 2 very good understanding of the company's position in the Marketplace strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures strong understanding of recruiting or Sourcing process and organisations tool very strong understanding of recruiting profiles understanding of selling manager messages for each organisation strong interview skills understanding of recruiting resources and marketing plan good understanding of pipeline management and killed analysis good understanding off the external Marketplace or trends data analysis experience strong team player good leadership and coaching skills analytical skills and problem solving skills strong communication and interpersonal skills


    Key responsibilities


    Operational understanding recruiting demand and skill profiles within area of responsibility Tu who responsible medium-sized recruiting or large recruiting pipeline meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports screen applications and select candidates at senior level conduct interviews plan and implement recruiting events and Sourcing activities ensure all papers work is received and completed according to policy responsible for contract management and post offer management act as an escalation. To business stakeholders for all recruiting related questions and concerns administrator referral process of applicants provide external Marketplace information Tu recruiter leadership update and utilise recruiting database and tools review recruit titles files for completeness conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request identify issue which and recommend actions participate in projects and initiatives within or outside the team


    Manager Responsibility

    Recruiters find best practices and Research strategies to stay on top of the latest recruiting Technology trends recruiting programs need to be designed to make changes at a a strategic level which may include the performance enhancement of candidate Communications and development of talent pipe lining succession planning the optimisation of recruitment channels revaluation of interviewing processes and the deployment of new recruitment Technology
