    Sourcing guidelines

    1.     Experience in Managing overall Forward and Reverse Logistic Process,

    2.     Defining systems and processes to optimise delivery SLAs and costs etc

    3.     Working in the similar startup ecommerce or Retail firm

    4.     Target Co: Target Companies Delhivery,Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Snapdeal,Shopclues ,Flipkart, Amazon, Grofers, Big basket, Zomato, Shadowfox ,Dunzo, Paytm, Clubfactory, Jabong, Myntra

    5.     Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline

    6.     3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or logistics service provider

    7.     Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

    8.     Basic SQL Data Extraction skills

    9.     Project/Program management experience

    10.  Knowledge of ground courier operations

    Job Description
    • Managing overall Forward and Reverse Logistic Process
    • Defining systems and processes to optimise delivery SLAs and costs
    • Manage the operational and strategic requirements of the business with a strong
    focus on strategic and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Manage relationships with 3P logistics partners and vendors
    • Build, manage and continuously improve courier allocation guidelines
    • Measure and report on all operational KPI's and taking effective action for improvements
    • Set-up and manage 3P fulfillment centers for the platform
    • Manage the logistics P/L
    • Coordinate development of tech products with the product team in line with the
    business requirements
    • Ownership of customer experience matrix in Forward and Reverse Logistics
