Job Description
• Managing overall Forward and Reverse Logistic Process
• Defining systems and processes to optimise delivery SLAs and costs
• Manage the operational and strategic requirements of the business with a strong
focus on strategic and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage relationships with 3P logistics partners and vendors
• Build, manage and continuously improve courier allocation guidelines
• Measure and report on all operational KPI's and taking effective action for improvements
• Set-up and manage 3P fulfillment centers for the platform
• Manage the logistics P/L
• Coordinate development of tech products with the product team in line with the
business requirements
• Ownership of customer experience matrix in Forward and Reverse Logistics
