    Effective from "dd-mm-yyyy to dd-mm-yyyy" i.e. for a period of 1 year

     

    Term: 

     

    This Agreement is effective as of the execution date and terminates One year from that date.  Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice of 15 Days to the other party. If, after one year, Both the parties wish to continue assigning/submitting freelance projects, a new agreement shall be signed; but if the parties fail to do so by error or oversight, the terms of this Agreement shall be presumed to be binding until or unless a newer agreement is signed.

     

    Acceptance of Works:

     

    Primary Duties &Responsibilities:

     

    Client coordination (If required)

    Industry mapping/position mapping/company mapping (If required)

    Head hunting

    Candidate coordination

    End to end sourcing & delivery as per the desired timeline, quality and service.

     

    Each Work assignment created or Developed or done by Freelancer / External Consultant/External Consultant and submitted to 3D India Group must be acceptable to 3D India Group in terms of quality, length, style, technical aspects, timeliness, and subject matter, and be created in accordance with typical professional and ethical standards appropriate to the type of Work it is. 

     

    Freelancer / External Consultant must also be free from any actual or perceived conflicts of interests. Once a Work is accepted, 3D India Group shall have the right to edit the Work and determine whether or how to represent that to client of 3D India Group, or otherwise disseminate it.

     

    Freelancer / External Consultant will provide 3D India Group with background information it needs, including fact- checking materials, data, technical information, information about assignments or any other materials or information that 3D India Group reasonably requests. 

     

    Freelancer / External Consultant warrants that the information she/he provides is accurate and complete. Freelancer / External Consultant is entitled to request full payment from 3D India Group upon "Post replacement period of Joined Candidate to client place".

     

    The compensation for the Freelancer / External Consultant recruiter would be anything between 10% to 50% of the invoice value & it would depend on following criteria.

     

    1. CTC of the JD

    2. Commercial Pricing with the client

    3. Strategic nature of the client

    4. Volume & flow of work in a month

    5. Industry sector

    6. Aging of the position

     

     

    3D India Group is free to design the compensation structure for a JD (in accordance with above criteria) at the time of issuing the mandate to the recruiter in absolute terms Rs. The prerogative is for the recruiter to accept/reject the work depending upon his/her choice.

     

    This compensation will be paid immediately post clearance of the payment invoice from client. (Payment terms normally 30-90 days depending on the client-- from the date of joining of the candidate)

     

    Process

     

    Freelancer / External Consultant shall submit an invoice stating (1) the Freelancer / External Consultant's name, (2) the address to which payment should be sent, (3) the Details of Joined Candidate(s), and (4) the agreed upon rate. 3D India Group shall pay Freelancer / External Consultant the fee within 7 working days of receipt of payment from client.

     

    Client Management

     

    You will require coordinating with the client HR/CEO/Management in verbal & written & would be owning the delivery & sourcing part. 

     

    Name and likeness

     

    Freelancer / External Consultant agrees that 3D India Group may use his or her name, likeness and biography for all editorial, publicity and promotional purposes in connection with the Works or 3D India Group in general, in any manner or media whether now known or hereafter developed.

     

    Freelancer / External Consultant's warranties: 

    Freelancer / External Consultant also represents and warrants that neither the creation nor ordinary use of the Work violates the rights of others (including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights) or any criminal law, and that Freelancer / External Consultant has the knowledge and authority to enter into this Agreement.  If the Work includes any material that is not original to Freelancer / External Consultant, it is the obligation of Freelancer / External Consultant to notify 3D India Group; to obtain any necessary clearances, rights, licenses or releases; and to provide documentation thereof to 3D India Group.

     

     

    Advertising/Job Posting Guidelines:

     

    1. Don't disclose the client/company name

    2. Don't copy the exact JD as available on our portal otherwise there could be the legal issue /copyright issue

    3. Don't share exact salary you just put the range e.g if the Max salary budget is 10LPA then put salary range 7-10LPA

    4. Don't disclose the company/client name if anybody is calling you and directly asking"

    Mutual indemnification: 

     

    3D India Group shall indemnify Freelancer / External Consultant against claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) that result from any unauthorized use of the Work by 3D India Group.  Freelancer / External Consultant shall indemnify NPR and its members, sublicensees, or assignees against claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) that result from any breach of Freelancer / External Consultant's representations, warranties or obligations.  If a claim is made against 3D India Group arising out of the use of the work, Freelancer / External Consultant agrees to cooperate fully, as needed, to defend against it.

     

    Independent Contractor:

     

    It is expressly acknowledged by the parties that Freelancer / External Consultant is an independent contractor and not an employee of 3D India Group. Nothing in this agreement or the parties' conduct should be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, partnership or any other kind of arrangement other than that of an independent contractor. 

     

    Freelancer / External Consultant shall have total control over the manner, means, and methods of his/her work, shall use his/her own equipment, and shall set his/her own schedule.  If Freelancer / External Consultant seeks the assistance 3D India Group is committed to provide training support from their Inhouse Team in accordance to finish the assignment.

     

    3D India Group shall not provide Freelancer / External Consultant with office space, tools, equipment, (with the exception that 3D India Group may provide information, training or special equipment to the extent necessary for Freelancer / External Consultant to comply with 3D India Group's unique policies, procedures or systems).

     

    3D India Group shall not withhold any sums for income tax, social security, unemployment insurance, disability insurance, workers compensation insurance or any other withholding applicable to employees, nor shall Freelancer / External Consultant be eligible for any employee benefits Except for the TDS. Freelancer / External Consultant is solely responsible for all taxes, insurance or other costs and agrees to hold 3D India Group harmless from any liability with respect thereto. Freelancer / External Consultant may not represent him/herself as an employee of 3D India Group.

     

    Entire agreement: 

     

    This Agreement overrides any previous agreements and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.  No modifications or waivers can be made to this Agreement unless in writing signed by both parties.  A modification or waiver of a part of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver or modification of any other part.  Freelancer / External Consultant may not assign any part of this Agreement.  Nothing in this Agreement creates any enforceable rights in any person that is not a party to the Agreement.

     

    Choice of law and forum: 

     

    This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, without regard to its choice of law rules.  All disputes arising from this Agreement must be brought in courts within the Jurisdiction of Bangalore.

     

    Survival: 

     

    Any provisions which by their terms survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement shall bind the parties, and their legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns, as set forth herein.

    Primary purpose of the role

    • The Solution Architect's role is to strategically design and deploy business solutions that support customer needs and achieve customer goals.
    • In our case, customers are primarily banks but it could also be brands or internal teams as well.
    • The Solution Architect understands business challenges, translates them into requirements,
    • defines an approach, and leads the project team to successfully implement the solution.
    • Someone in this role works with business and technology teams to ensure alignment and success for customers,
    • and also provides pre-sales and business development support.
    • The Solution Architect provides technical leadership and guidance to customers as a subject matter expert
    • and provides internal leadership to project and crossfunctional teams within Goals101 Data Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

     

    Key accountabilities

    • Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future capability of Alpha platform.
    • Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximise the return on technology investment
    • Within the agreed enterprise architecture, define and design technology solutions to assist the business in meeting their business objectives
    • Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes
    • Work with business teams to create technical requirements and prioritize projects to bring tangible value to business but also harden infrastructure and deliver within time and scope
    • Proactively work with IT Operations, Prod Support, and Risk/Compliance to ensure delivered systems are high quality, monitored, and comply with all necessary regulations and audit requirements

    Identify system, infrastructure and project interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved


    Qualifications and Experience
     

    2+ years of progressive leadership in software development
     

    8+ years of software development experience
     

    Proficient knowledge in NodeJS, Angular, SQL, Scala, JSON, Python, Object-Oriented Design concepts
     

     

    Experience developing web services
     

    Knowledge in performance tuning queries and database systems
     

    Solid knowledge of optimization, concurrency, scale-up vs scale-out, replication, encryption, security, etc
     

    Experience in the marketing or advertising fields and familiarity with pricing models, audience and engagement data is a huge plus
     

     

    Education and Qualifications
     

    Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science equivalent relevant experience. MBA or Master

    HOW TO PERFORM THE EVALUATION:

     

    As a mystery evaluator, you carry a huge responsibility of helping a brand improve its customer experience. In order to do this accurately, you need to follow the below mentioned steps:-

    You have to GO AS A COUPLE FOR THIS EVALUATION, hence ensure you take someone along with you while conducting an evaluation. In case, YOU GO ALONE, WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR SHOP and YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR YOUR EFFORTS.

    Approach this evaluation as a regular shopping activity, in order to avoid being identified by the store staff. A successful mystery evaluator is one who is able to observe WITHOUT BEING OBSERVED.

    Any aspect of your behaviour that does not seem like a regular shopper, would lead you to be identified by the staff and this would defeat the entire purpose of this exercise.

     Submit your report within 12 hours of your evaluation to avoid exclusion of your report.

    Staff Appearance / Welcome & Customer Approach

    Observe if the Store Manager is available in the store and observe his activities (Whether he/she is interacting with the staff or with customers).

    The sales advisor may spontaneously ask about your needs at any point during your enquiry. You should listen carefully for attempts by the staff to establish your needs and answer accordingly.

    Reliance has a jewellery Purchase scheme called the GSS (Golden Steps Scheme) & Swarna Vridhi Jewellery Purchase Scheme. If this scheme has not been introduced to you at any point during your evaluation, you need to ask the sales advisor, if they have any scheme for jewellery Purchase. Please DO NOT mention the name of the schemes

    Raise an objection related to price of the product, you may say that a similar jewellery item is available at a lesser rate in the local jeweller's shop.

    Select a jewellery and confirm to the staff that you liked it and you would want to purchase it – Check if the staff explains to you about the loyalty points or any other promotions.

     

    Reasons for Rejection of the Research Report:

    Your report will not be accepted and you will not get paid for the evaluation if:

    If you are identified as a mystery evaluator by the store staff

    • If any aspect of your report is fabricated, this will lead to your disqualification for doing any further audits with 3D India Group!
