    Job description for Content Associate / Manager –

    Your role will be to ensure that the content which is uploaded on the platform is of exceptional
    quality. This would involve both video editing as per the business purpose and also organising video
    shoots as and when needed.


    Video editing: Edit and store videos as per the business purpose and mode of circulation for final
    audience. This would include:

     

    • Assemble all raw footage either recorded or transferred by clients in preparation for inputting into
    the computer and synchronising and storing them in archives

    • Cut files digitally to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what's usable

    • Create a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the programme/film and determining the exact cutting
    for the next and final stages

    • Reorder and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the
    film/video for by using transitions, subtle effects etc.

     

    Additional responsibilities:
    • Conduct the inhouse demo shoots that would require fair knowledge of shooting with phone
    camera, lights, angles and composition

    • Experiment with styles and techniques including the usage of appropriate props and backdrops

    • Record voiceover/commentary
    • Suggest and select music for background
