Job Title: Manager – Career Preparation (Technical)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.) Assessing placement readiness of assigned batches on a regular basis.
2.) Debriefing students after interviews
3.) Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities like mock interviews, career
4.) Mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, aptitude training etc.
5.) Mapping students to mentors for career guidance
6.) Taking mock interviews and keeping track of student progress
7.) Maintaining real-time records of placement readiness of students, objectively rating their skill and preparation levels in every facet
8.) Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing

Must have skills:

· Arjun Nair (aka Lean Machine): Arjun leads the learning experience and operations, ensuring

University (MS) and Kerala University (B.Tech).
· Vinod (aka Pokerpurist): A passionate technology guru of multiple talents, Vinod spearheads

· Pankaj (aka BigBadBeancounter): Pankaj runs finance (i.e., cracks the whip) and manages the

· Harish (aka Forest Gump): When he is not running and triathloning, Harish focuses on
business development, launching new programs and people development. Harish earned an
MBA from Kellogg, and an MS in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
· Vineet (the Artsy Filmmaker): Vineet is an internationally recognized professional
photographer and feature film director, he leads content strategy for us. Vineet completed
his MBA from INSEAD and completed his masters from IIT Delhi.
